Job responsibilities | Procurement procedures: Involves processing of all required procurement procedures, in accordance with the Company's regulations, for the following - indicative but not limiting - cases: (i) Supply of electromechanical equipment and spare parts, (ii) Provision of services from third parties (iii) Sub-concessions and minor sub-concessions |
Tender Managament: Organising, preparation, review and improvement of supporting tender documents relating to tendering procedures with an emphasis on standardization and procedural efficiency. |

Tender Management Support: Involves supporting of tender, evaluation and negotiation teams. |

Supplier Register Management: Maintaining and updating the Suppliers Register according to company regulations |

Regulatory Compliance: Understanding relevant procurement regulations and legislations |

Managing procurement through ERP and SRM systems | |
Job Requirements Preferred skills |
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Logistics |
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, essential for both internal and external communication. | |
At least two years of working experience to a relevant procurement position | |
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook) | |
Analytical and data management skills in ERP/SRM systems | |
Strong contract management and negotiation skill, as well as the ability to work with team spirit |
