Ο Οργανισμός ΛιμένοςΠειραιώς Α.Ε. ενδιαφέρεται να προβεί στη σύναψη σύμβασης για την εκπόνηση μελέτης για την ανάλυση της Μέγιστης Πιθανολογούμενης Ζημιάς (ΜΠΖ), σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του παραρτήματος 17.1 της Σύμβασης Παραχώρησης (Νόμος αριθ. 4404/2016, ΦΕΚ 126/A/8-7-2016), κατόπιν διαδικασίας διαπραγματεύσεων με τους ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς.
