Ο Οργανισμός Λιμένος Πειραιώς Α.Ε. προκηρύσσει διαγωνισμό για την ανάδειξη αναδόχου κατασκευής του Έργου: «Προμήθεια και τοποθέτηση επτά (7) νέων χυτοχαλύβδινων δεστρών και λοιπές εργασίες συντήρησης- αποκατάστασης λιμενικών έργων.», σύμφωνα με τους όρους της συνημμένης Προκήρυξης , Τεχνικής Περιγραφής και Σχεδίων.

Κριτήριο κατακύρωσης θα είναι η χαμηλότερη τιμή.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλλουν τις προσφορές τους, μέχρι και τις 20 Nοεμβρίου 2018 και ώρα 16.00.

ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ

για το διαγωνισμό για την ανάδειξη αναδόχου κατασκευής του έργου:

«Επέκταση Επιβατικού Λιμένα (Νότια Ζώνη, Φάση Α)» 

Αναφερόμαστε στην Πρόσκληση Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος (Στάδιο 1) για την επιλογή του ανάδοχου για το έργο " Επέκταση Επιβατικού Λιμένα (Νότια Ζώνη, Φάση Α", η οποία:

•    δημοσιεύθηκε στις 31 Ιουλίου 2018 στην ιστοσελίδα του ΟΛΠ ΑΕ και στο Συμπλήρωμα της Επίσημης Εφημερίδας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης,

•    ανεστάλη στις 29 Αυγούστου 2018 ύστερα από τις προσφυγές που υπέβαλαν δύο ενδιαφερόμενες εταιρείες ενώπιον της Αρχής Εξέτασης Προδικαστικών Προσφυγών (ΑΕΠΠ),

Είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι η διαγωνιστική διαδικασία επανεκκινεί σήμερα, μετά την απόρριψη των παραπάνω προσφυγών ύστερα από την έκδοση δύο σχετικών αποφάσεων της ΑΕΠΠ.

Με βάση τα παραπάνω, παρακαλείσθε να υποβάλετε το φάκελο του πρώτου σταδίου (στάδιο προεπιλογής) με όλα τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά συμμετοχής σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της εν λόγω πρόσκλησης, το αργότερο μέχρι τη Δευτέρα 22 Οκτωβρίου 2018 ώρα 16:00 (ώρα Ελλάδας).

ANNOUNCEMENT

Regarding the tender procedure for the award of contractor for the construction of the project: “South Passengers Port Extension (South Zone, Phase A)”

We are referring to the Invitation for Expression of Interest (Stage 1) for the selection of contractor of the project "Passenger Port Expansion (Southern Zone Phase A)" which:

·    was initially published on 31^st July 2018 on PPA SA website and on the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union,

·     suspended on 29^th August 2018 after the appeals submitted by two interested companies before the “Authority of Preliminary Appeals” (AEPP),

We are pleased to inform you that the progress of the tendering procedure is being resumed from today, following the rejection of the above appeals by the issuance of two relevant decisions of the AEPP. In view of the above, you are kindly requested to submit the 1^st stage folder (preselection stage) with all the necessary participating documents according to the requirements of the said invitation, the latest on Monday 22 October 2018 16:00 hours (Greek time).

All information of the call for expression of interest is published on PPA site.

It is suggested to regularly visit PPA’s website, in order to be promptly informed about the above mentioned tender as well as for the clarifications that have been already provided under the formal process described in the invitation.
