Σε συνέχεια των αποφάσεων του ΣτΕ, αναφορικά με προηγούμενες εγκρίσεις της ΕΣΑΛ για το Προγραμματικό Σχέδιο Επενδύσεων (Master Plan) του Λιμένος Πειραιώς, οι οποίες επηρεάζουν το έργο επέκτασης του τερματικού σταθμού κρουαζιέρας, με την προσωρινή παύση των κατασκευαστικών εργασιών, η ΟΛΠ Α.Ε. επιθυμεί να ενημερώσει τα εξής:

Award criterion shall be the lowest price.
