Modification of the articles of the Association
PPA S.A. announces, in accordance with article 19 par. 2 of the L3556/2007, that at the Annual General Meeting that will take place on 16/5/2011, a proposal will be put forward for the modification of the Articles of Association, and re-codification aiming to improved operability and adjustment to CL 2190/1920, as it is in force after its amendment by Law 3884/2010. The proposed modifications are posted on the company website www.olp.gr and the website of the Athens Exchange www.ase.gr
