After the signing of the agreement for the sale of PPA’s 67% by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), to COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Limited the shareholding structure of the company has as follows:
The net proceed from the sale of the shares amounted to € 54,225,846.40, received by the Greek State.
The Selling Shareholder distributed to 14,281 retail (non institutional) investors that acquired shares through the public offering, 90,560 free shares( one free share of the Company for every ten shares retained for a period of six months) up to 6/2/2004, up to the maximum number of two hundred (200) free shares per investor.
