Job responsibilities | Overseeing concession contracts, including communication, correspondence, contract compliance, record-keeping and issue resolution. |
Drafting and sending notifications of concession decisions and relevant contracts to concessionaires. | |
Providing support for property maintenance and facilities management activities. | |
Generating invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents, and liaising with the Financial Management Department for document processing and revenue collection. | |
Liaising with external stakeholders such as tenants, property agents, and contractors. | |
Job Requirements Preffered skills |
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English language | |
Proficient user of MS Office tools and Outlook | |
Excellent reporting skills, both verbally and written, in Greek and English. | |
High level of organizational skills, multitasking and team work. |
