| Job responsibilities | Carry out dry docking & undocking operations of ships after the planning and implementation of the needed block arrangements at the floating docks of PPA SA |
| Arrange the shifts of all personnel at the floating docks in accordance with labor law | |
| Maintaining drydocking logs, maintenance and repair records | |
| Provision of administrative support for the teams of the dock | |
| Coordinating and supervising repairs and maintenance of floating tanks and ensuring their timely certification | |
| Compliance with the legislation and regulations applicable to the operation of floating docks | |
| Job Requirements Preferred skills |
Degree in Merchant Navy (B' or higher) |
| Work experience as a Dockmaster in floating docks for at least five (5) years. | |
| Having drydocked at least 400 ships of various types (Cruise, Ro Ro, Container, Bulk Carrier, Tankers, Yachts) among which there should also be ships of about 80,000dwt | |
| Reference letters which will validate the experience of the dockmaster as above, should be submitted compulsorily. | |
| Very good knowledge of floating docks operation | |
| Computer skills | |
| Knowledge of English language | |
| Leadership skills and teamwork | |
| Excellent customer communication and problem solving | |
