Sector Revenues and Accounts Receivables (AR)
Location Building of Container Terminal- N. Ikonio
Working hours 08:00 - 16:00 & 09:00 - 17:00
 Job responsibilities Collections of the issued invoices and prepayments (cash, cheque, POS, bank transfers)
Record and issuance of the related document receipt through ERP
Daily reconciliation and closing process of the Cash desk
Settlement – offset of the issued invoices and the payments in advance
Filling all the appropriate documents
Preparation of the “Payment Approval” and the Refund documentation
 Job Requirements
Preferred skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree
Good knowledge of English language, orally and in writing
Good knowledge of MS Office and internet tools
Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach and attention to detail
Teamwork spirit
