Job responsibilities | Dealing with Department's supplies to cover the required needs (receiving offers, processing invoices, etc.) |
Develop effective monitoring systems for purchase orders and procurement for the docks | |
Processing orders through the company's software system | |
Daily registration of working schedule and absences for all dept’s employees | |
Job Requirements Preferred skills |
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant degree |
Excellent knowledge of English language (oral and written) | |
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) | |
Excellent communication skills, providing feedback (verbally and written), writing and reporting skills | |
Previous work experience will be considered an asset | |
Responsibility, consistency and dead lines keeping abilities |
