Location PPA's Headquarters (Akti Miaouli 10, Piraeus) 
Working Hours Monday - Friday 08.30-16.30
 Job responsibilities Dealing with Department's supplies to cover the required needs (receiving offers, processing invoices, etc.)
Develop effective monitoring systems for purchase orders and procurement for the docks
Processing orders through the company's software system
Daily registration of working schedule and absences for all dept’s employees
 Job Requirements
Preferred skills
Bachelor degree in  Business Administration or relevant degree
Excellent knowledge of English language (oral and written)
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, providing feedback (verbally and written), writing and reporting skills
Previous work experience will be considered an asset
Responsibility, consistency and dead lines keeping abilities
