 Job responsibilities Secretarial support of the Department
Daily handling of documents via protocol, emails and correspondence 
Registration of staff attendance 
Organization and planning of the orders of the Department
Preparation of meetings and events
Creation of Meeting Minutes and disrtibution
Document filling and processing orders through the company's payment system
 Job Requirements
Preferred skills
Bachelor Degree 
Computer Knowledge Certificate (ECDL) or higher level.
Certificate of good knowledge of the English Language.
Previous experience in similar positions (1 year at least)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, accountability, consistency, initiative development and effective time management
