Working Hours Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
  The position involves handling procurment processes, tender management, supplier relationship management, and ERP-related tasks, aimed at ensuring compliance with company regulations and enhancing procurement efficiency.
 Job responsibilities Procurement procedures:
Involves processing of all required procurement procedures, in accordance with the Company's regulations, for the following - indicative but not limiting - cases:
(i) Supply of electromechanical equipment and spare parts
(ii) Provision of services from third parties
(iii) Sub-concessions and minor sub-concessions   
Tender Management:
Organising, preparation, review and improvement of supporting tender documents relating to tendering procedures with an emphasis on standardization and procedural efficiency
Tender Management Support:
Involves supporting of tender, evaluation and negotiation teams
Supplier Register Management:
Maintaining and updating the Suppliers Register according to company regulations

Regulatory Compliance:
Have the capacity understanding relevant procurement regulations and legislations

Managing procurement through ERP and SRM systems
 Job Requirements
Preferred skills
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Shipping, Marine Business Administration, Logistics
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, essential for both internal and external communication
At least one year of working experience within their field of studies
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook)
Preferable: Analytical and data management skills in ERP/SRM systems
