| Job responsibilities | Procurement procedures: Involves processing of all required procurement procedures, in accordance with the Company's regulations, for the following - indicative but not limiting - cases: (i) Supply of electromechanical equipment and spare parts (ii) Provision of services from third parties (iii) Sub-concessions and minor sub-concessions |
| Tender Management: Organising, preparation, review and improvement of supporting tender documents relating to tendering procedures with an emphasis on standardization and procedural efficiency |

| Tender Management Support: Involves supporting of tender, evaluation and negotiation teams |

| Supplier Register Management: Maintaining and updating the Suppliers Register according to company regulations |

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Shipping, Marine Business Administration, Logistics |

| Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook) | |
| Preferable: Analytical and data management skills in ERP/SRM systems |
