Location PPA's Headquarters  (Akti Miaouli 10, Piraeus) 
Working Hours Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
  The position involves providing secretarial and administrative support across all functions of the Procurement Department
 Job responsibilities Providing administrative support to procurement procedures              
Collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation and records
Supporting communication (emails, decision distribution, collection of signatures and signed documents) between Procurement Department and Applicant/Controlling Departments
Maintaining complete and traceable files (physical and electronic), including insurance records (policies, renewals, coverage lists), as well as document logs, registers, and trackers
Preparing presentations in PowerPoint
Ensuring proper document archiving (contracts, declarations, etc.)
Providing ERP/SRM & administrative support (registering decisions, numbering, archiving)
Data entry and updating records in ERP/SRM systems
Supporting procurement department personnel with administrative matters (annual leave, sick leave, overtime, etc.)
 Job Requirements
Preferred skills
Bachelor's degree
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, essential for both internal and external communication
At least one year of working experience in an administrative and/or insurance / claims secretariat role
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience with ERP/SRM systems will be considered an asset
