| Job responsibilities | Providing administrative support to procurement procedures |
| Collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation and records | |
| Supporting communication (emails, decision distribution, collection of signatures and signed documents) between Procurement Department and Applicant/Controlling Departments | |
| Maintaining complete and traceable files (physical and electronic), including insurance records (policies, renewals, coverage lists), as well as document logs, registers, and trackers | |
| Preparing presentations in PowerPoint | |
| Ensuring proper document archiving (contracts, declarations, etc.) | |
| Providing ERP/SRM & administrative support (registering decisions, numbering, archiving) | |
| Data entry and updating records in ERP/SRM systems | |
| Supporting procurement department personnel with administrative matters (annual leave, sick leave, overtime, etc.) | |
| Job Requirements Preferred skills |
Bachelor's degree |
| Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, essential for both internal and external communication | |
| At least one year of working experience in an administrative and/or insurance / claims secretariat role | |
| Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook) | |
| Experience with ERP/SRM systems will be considered an asset |
