A Concession Contract for Duty Free Shops, in the buildings of the international terminal of cruise passengers of the Port of Piraeus, was signed today by the PPA and the company “HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS SA”.
The Concession Agreement concerns:
(a) Space lease within the International Cruise Terminal “Themistocles” in the area Themistocles-Palataki.
(b) Space lease within the International Cruise Terminal “Miaoulis” in the Main Building of the PPA and
(c) Space lease within the premises of the International Cruise Terminal “Agios Nikolaos” temporarily situated in the building “Merarchias and Miaouli” Dock 7 and planed to be relocated to the new cruise terminal under construction in Agios Nikolaos/Pagoda.
The Concessions concern shops and warehouses, effective initially until the end of 2015 with a monthly return of 5% on turnover.
