In response to comment made in the press, PPA as a Societe Anonyme listed on the Athens Stock Exchange notifies that, has no debt to the government, the National Insunce Contribution (IKA) and other insurance funds.
PPA is fully consistent with all insurance funds. Fortiori no debt coming from a particular actuarial study on voluntary retirement scheme of the company. Until today and without demonstrated the slightest negligence on the part of the company, it has not been prepared a study by the relevant statutory Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Welfare on the implementation of the provisions of Law 3654/08.
