The works of the Commission for green ports (ECOPORTS) of ESPO ended, with significant contributions from speakers from the ESPO, the DG Move, the EMSA and other EU bodies. This important event, which it was examined specifically for the first time the issue of services of receiving ship wastewater, was attended and speeches made by representatives from the ports of Stockholm, Bremerhaven, Tallinn, Gothenburg, Moerdijk, Amsterdam, Genoa, Vigo, Antwerp, Oslo, Hamburg, Civitavecchia Rome, Le Havre and Rouen, Kristiasand, Claipeda, Danish Association of Ports, Piombino, Port Union of Bulgaria, Riga, Aqaba, Corfu and of course E.LIM.E and PPA SA.
The event was attended by representatives of shipping agencies, environmental companies, academics with as special guest the Professor of the Aristotle University Mr. Ar. Naniopoulos and others.
