Financial Calendar for the year 2022
Piraeus, March 1st, 2022. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces the financial calendar for the year 2022:
- Monday, 14th March, 2022: Announcement and publication of full year 2021 financial results.
- Monday,14th March, 2022: Annual Financial Report of the year 2021.
- Tuesday, 15th March, 2022: Conference Call for the Annual Financial Results 2021.
- Thursday, 14th April 2022: Annual briefing of analysts on the company's financial results in the Hellenic Fund and Management Association. The briefing will be held via teleconference at 2:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, 13th July 2022: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
- Monday, 25th July 2022: Ex-Dividend*.
- Tueday, 26thJuly 2022: Dividend Beneficiaries (Record Date).
- Friday, 29th July 2022: Date of commencement of dividend payment.
- Monday, 26th September 2022：Announcement of 2022 half year financial results.
PPA S.A. reserves the right to change the above dates, following timely notification to the public.
(*) Ex – Dividend Date is after the expiration on 17th June 2022 of the future with the PPA share as the underlying security, as well as the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP on 15th July 2022.
