(relating to the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders,  the dividend payment dates, and the half year 2023 financial results date)

Piraeus, 30.06.2023. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces the financial calendar for the year 2023:

• Friday, 17^thMarch, 2023: Announcement and publication of full year 2022 financial results.
• Friday, 17^thMarch, 2023: Annual Financial Report of the year 2022.
• Tuesday, 21^st March, 2023: Conference Call for the Annual Financial Results 2022.
• Thursday 30^th March 2023: Annual briefing of analysts on the company's financial results in the Hellenic Fund and Management Association. 
• Wednesday, 2^nd August 2023: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (instead of 5^th July 2023).
• Monday, 7^th August 2023: Ex-Dividend* (instead of 31^st July 2023).
• Tuesday, 8^th August 2023: Dividend Beneficiaries (Record Date) (instead of 1^st August 2023).
• Friday, 11^thAugust 2023: Date of commencement of dividend payment (instead of 4^th August 2023).
• Friday, 29^th September 2023: Announcement of 2023 half year financial results (instead of 25^th September 2023).
