Reconstitution of the Board of Directors
Piraeus Port Authority SA announces that the Board of Directors at its meetings, decided:
I. The replacement of the non-executive BoD member, representative of the Municipality of Piraeus, and former Mayor of Piraeus Panagiotis Fasoulas by the new Mayor of Piraeus Mr. Michaloliakos Vasileios.
II The replacement due to retirement of the non-executive BoD member, representative of dockworkers Mr Nouchoutidis Yiorgos, from the present dockworkers’ representative Georgiou Nicolao.
III The acceptance of the resignation for personal reasons, of the non-executive BoD member Alcibiades Kores. The placements will be submitted for approval at the next General Meeting of the Company’ Shareholders.
Following the above, the BoD was reconstituted as follows:
1. Anomeritis Yiorgos , representative of shareholders, BoD President & CEO, executive member.
2. Moustakis Nicolaos, representative of shareholders , Deputy CEO, executive member.
3.Papadopoulos Yiorgos, representative of shareholders , independent nonexecutive member.
4. Papaelias Nicolaos, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
5. Zissimopoulos Aggelos, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
6. Nakis Nicolaos, representative of shareholders, independent non-executive member.
7. Tsiridis Yiorgos, representative of shareholders ,non-executive member.
8. Georgiou Basileios, representing the shareholders, non-executive member.
9. Moustaki Eirini, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
10. Balabanidis Efstratios, representative of employees, non-executive member.
11. Georgiou Nicolaos, representative of dockworkers, non-executive member.
12. Michaloliakos Basileios, representative of the municipality of Piraeus, nonexecutive member, Mayor of Piraeus.
The present BoD term expires on 16/06/2014 , except for the members Balabanidis Efstratios and Georgiou Nicolaos, whose term expires on 06/12/2014
