Piraeus Port Authority SA informs interested parties that because the necessary quorum, in accordance with the Law and the articles of the Association, was not achieved in the Annual General Assembly of Shareholders of May 16, 2011, the items of the Agenda were not discussed.
The postponement was necessary as the assigned by a J.M.D. Secretary General of Ports has resigned and his deputy, the Secretary General of Maritime Affairs, Islands and Fisheries, was unable to attend the Meeting due to serious health reasons.
Therefore, the PPA SA Board of Directors decided that the General Assembly will be repeated on Monday, 6 June 2011, at 12.00 p.m at the P.P.A. S.A Conference room. An invitation for the repeated General Assembly, will be released in due time.
