On the issue that has arisen concerning supposed outstanding dues to the Municipality of Piraeus amounting to €22 mil, the Company announces the following:
1. P.P.A SA has no outstanding payments for dues and taxes to third parties, including local Authorities. The fiscal and tax data have been reviewed and approved by the competent authorities.
2. P.P.A. SA is a listed company in ATH.EX and its main shareholder is the Hellenic State. The Public sector and the Public Companies are consistently exempted of dues to Local Authorities.
3. On the issue of dues and taxes to local Authorities, following legal procedures by them, there have been final rulings in favour of PPA SA from the district Court, court of Appeal and the Supreme Council.
