Change in the composition of the Board Of Directors
Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that the Board of Directors at its last meeting decided:
The placement of Mr Petroulis Panagiotis, former General Director, as an executive BoD member, to whom were assigned Deputy CEO duties.
The placement of Mr Petroulis will be submitted for approval to the next General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders.
