Reply to the Capital Market Commission letter
Piraeus Port Authority S.A, after receiving a relevant question from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investors that it has no economic activities in Cyprus by giving the following information:
a) The company does not maintain deposits in Cyprus, either in the Bank of Cyprus or in CPB
b) The company does not hold securities or financial instruments of these banks,
c) During the fiscal year 2012, and also in previous years, it had no turnover in Cyprus
d) The company management estimates that there will be no impact on turnover, results and financial position of the Piraeus Port Authority S.A.
