Piraeus Port Authority S.A. informs the investor community, that the Board of Directors has proposed the distribution of a dividend for the financial year 2013 amounted to € 3.000.000,00 or € 0,12 per share, compared to € 0,05 per share, which was distributed for the financial year 2012. The final authorization is subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting.
