Notifiacation of significant change of voting rights
Piraeus Port Authority S.A. pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, announces the notification received from Lansdowne Partners International Limited, as following:
1. Referring to the Notification of significant change of voting rights on form in 2007 made by Lansdowne Partners Limited (“LPL”) in its capacity as a general partner and authorized representative of Lansdowne Partners Limited Partners (“LPLP”), in connection with the voting rights indirectly held by LPLP in Piraeus Port Authority S.A. by reason of LPLP acting as the investment manager of and entitled to exercise on a discretionary basis the voting rights attached to shares in the Company set out in the 2007 Notification.
2. Pursuant to this Notification of significant change of voting rights, LPL, acting in the above capacity, notifies that, with effect from 1 July 2014, LPLP has ceased to act as the investment manager of and no longer is entitled to exercise on a discretionary basis the above voting rights in the Company, which according to the 2007 Notification corresponded to 2.417.636 shares of the company.
