Notification of significant change of voting rights
Piraeus Port Authority S.A. pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, announces the notification received from Lansdowne Partners Limited on May 4, 2015, as following:
- Corporate name of person subject to the notification obligation: Lansdowne Partners Limited (“LPL”) and Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP (“LPUK LLP”).
- Corporate name of shareholders: Lansdowne European Equity Master Fund Limited, Lansdowne Eureka Fund LP, Lansdowne European Long Only Master Fund Limited.
LPL controls LPUK LLP and LPUK LLP acts as the investment manager of and is entitled to exercise the voting rights attached to the shares of PPA S.A. held by the following funds: Lansdowne European Equity Master Fund Limited, Lansdowne Eureka Fund LP, Lansdowne European Long Only Master Fund Limited. As a result of certain transactions made on April 9 April 2015, the percentage of voting rights in the Company indirectly held by each of LPL and LPUK LLP has fallen from 6,90%, to below 5%.
It is also noted that Lansdowne Partners International Limited (“LPIL”), which controls LPL and LPUK LLP, indirectly holds above 5% of PPA S.A. voting rights regardless of the change referred above.
