UPDATE OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR
After the Decision of Annual shareholders’ General Meeting of P.P.A. SA on 22/6/2015, concerning the dividend for the financial year 2014, Piraeus Port Authority SA announces the following changes to the financial calendar for the year 2015:
Ex-Dividend Date 2014 *: Thursday 25/6/2015 instead of 17/6/2015.
Dividend Beneficiaries 2014 (Record Date): Friday 26/6/2015 instead of 18/6/2015.
Dividend Payout 2014: Thursday 2/7/2015 instead of 23/6/2015.
(*) Ex – Dividend Date is a) after the expiration, on 19 June 2015, of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP, in which PPA is a component stock and
b) before the expiration, on 18 September 2015 of the future with the PPA share as underlying security and the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP, in which PPA is a component stock and expires on 17/7/2015.
