Referring to an article in the daily press on the issue of tax clearance of PPA S.A. the management of PPA S.A. notes that without the company to have any liability to the surrounding municipalities, the latter have sent briefing notes to the contrary to the tax office FAE Piraeus, resulting in commitment of tax clearance. To address the matter the company has already taken legal action as consistently and with several judicial decisions in all degrees has been justified regard to the non-liability.
