ANNOUNCEMENT
PPA S.A. announces that in the financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2015 and more specifically in the Auditors Review Report of Interim Financial Reporting inadvertently not included an “emphasis of matter” paragraph. This matter concerns the issue of changing conditions in the economic environment in which the Company operates and potential risks resulting from these conditions.
It is noted that the lack of the above paragraph in the published financial statements, it does not create a lack of information on the financial statements, as the issue described in the emphasis paragraph, had fully explained in Note 2c to the financial statements.
In each case the Company has already made the correct republish of the relevant financial statements on the website of the Athens Exchange and of the Company in the following web address
