Resignation of Mr. WAN Min from the position of Chairman of PPA S.A.

PPA S.A. announces the resignation of Mr. WAN Min from the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors due to other professional commitments, with the election of the Executive Member of the BoD, CEO Mr. FU Chengqiu who takes over as new Chairman and retains the position of CEO.
