ANNOUNCEMENT
Acceptance of the resignation of the PPA SA CEO Capt. FU Chengqiu -Nomination of Mr. Zhang Anming as executive PPA SA BoD member - Assignment of PPA SA CEO duties -Reconstitution of the PPA SA Board of Directors.
PPA S.A. announces:
a) Acceptance of the resignation of the PPA SA CEO Capt. FU Chengqiu, announcing to the other BoD members his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, the acceptance of his resignation as Executive member of the Board of Directors and CEO.
b) The election of Mr. Zhang Anming, as executive BoD member.
c) The assignment of acting PPA SA CEO duties to Mr. Zhang Anming.
On the basis of the above, the reconstitution of the Board of Directors as of 24th July 2020, as below:
1. Mr. YU ZengGang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Member.
2. Mr. ZHU Jianhui, Non-Executive Member.
3. Mr. FENG Boming, Non-Executive Member.
4. Mr. KWONG Che Keung Gordon, Independent Non-Executive Member.
5. Mr. IP Sing Chi, Independent Non-Executive Member.
6. Mr. Zhang Anming, Executive Member, acting CEO.
7. Mr. ARVANITIS Νikolaos, Independent Non-Executive Member.
8. Mr. KARAMANEAS Charalampis, Non-Executive Member.
9. Mr. MORALIS Ioannis, Non-Executive Member.
10. Mr. PAPAPOSTOLOU Apostolos, Non-Executive Member.
