18 April 2024. PPA S.A. was a proud exhibitor at the inaugural “Logistics & Transports Expo” held in Thessaloniki over the past few days. The event brought together representatives from the road, railway, and maritime transportation sectors, alongside logistics professionals, policymakers, business leaders, and institutional bodies. The main focus revolved around Greece’s transportation landscape and supply chain dynamics, with an emphasis on Northern Greece and the Balkans.
16 April 2024. PPA S.A. presented the financial results for the fiscal year 2023 to the Union of Institutional Investors at the Athens Stock Exchange. The presentation was conducted by representatives of the company, led by the General Manager of Financial Management Department Mr. Jin Hui, and a discussion followed answering questions regarding the progress of the port's business activities.
11 April 2024. PPA S.A. is once again participating in the “Seatrade Cruise Global 2024”, the international cruise event, held from April 8th to 11th in Miami, Florida, USA.
09 April 2024. On Friday, April 5th, two cutting-edge double level luffing jib shipbuilding cranes arrived at the Port of Piraeus. They are soon to be unloaded and installed at positions 1 and 2 within the Perama Ship Repair Zone.
29 March 2024. The Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2023. Total revenues reached €219.8 million, up by 12.9% or €25.2 million (€194.6 million in the 2022 fiscal year).
06 March 2024. A total of 140 Yutong electric busses were successfully transported, reaching the Port of Piraeus and efficiently unloaded at the car terminal station for immediate integration into Attica’s urban transport network.
5 March 2024. PPA S.A. and Princess Cruises, one of the world's largest cruise companies, held a special event at the port of Piraeus to celebrate the arrival of the Sun Princess cruise ship and to highlight their significant and extensive collaboration.
29 February 2024. The concluding event for the European project "CIPORT-Cold Ironing in the Port of Piraeus – Taking the final step" took place at the Berlaymont, the headquarters of the European Commission, following its completion in late February 2024.
