11 October 2023. PPA S.A. announces, by decision of Administration Board, an adjustment of fees and tariffs for the provision of ship generated liquid waste management services (ANNEX I & IV_ liquid waste), with starting date January 1, 2024.

11 October 2023. PPA S.A. announces the successful completion of the discussions between the PPA Management and the Labor Unions (OMYLE) and the signing of the new Collective Labor Agreement with the employees’ representatives of the Company, for a three-year period.

Piraeus, 02/08/2023  Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that, according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 02 August 2023, the dividend for the financial year 2022 amounts to € 1.04 per share, which dividend is subject to withholding tax and therefore the net final amount payable will be € 0.988 per share.

26 July 2023. PPA S.A., a long-standing supporter of Greek athletics, has taken another significant step by supporting the Greek delegation in the Summer World University Games, which will take place from July 27th to August 8th, 2023 in the city of Chengdu, China.
