08 July 2025. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PPA S.A. was successfully held today, in full compliance with all applicable procedures and with a quorum of 83.56%. During the Annual General Meeting, shareholders were thoroughly informed on all agenda items and on the tangible results stemming from the implementation of PPA S.A.’s strategy.

Piraeus Port Authority S.A., with a steadfast focus on the sustainable development and ongoing modernization of the Port of Piraeus, adopts and implements a coherent set of rules, protocols, and initiatives related to Environment, Society, and Corporate Governance (ESG). Under this perspective, PPA S.A. published its 2024 Sustainability Report in accordance with the new European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), integrating the principles of accountability and transparency in all aspects of its operations.  

25 June 2025. 23 June 2025. PPA S.A., driven by a strong sense of social responsibility and a tangible human-centered approach, welcomed the historic sailing ship “Nave Italia” to the Port of Piraeus on June 18th, which remained berthed at the Cruise Terminal until the end of the week. During its stay, the ship hosted children and young people experiencing mental and emotional challenges, offering them a unique therapeutic and educational experience on board.  

26 May 2025. Piraeus Port Authority (PPA S.A.) announces the resumption of full operational activity of the Floating Dock “Piraeus II” at the Perama Ship Repair Zone and its delivery for use, following the completion of a series of extensive repair and maintenance works. The dry-docking operations were carried out as part of a special survey and were successfully concluded with the issuance of a new five-year operational certificate by the competent Classification Society.

22 May 2025. The tangible and immediate response of the Port of Piraeus to the major challenge of Climate Change was presented at a conference titled “The Port of Piraeus and Climate Change,” held yesterday at the PPA’s Stone Warehouse.  

19 May 2025. Upgrade works are progressing at a rapid pace at the central passenger port of Piraeus in anticipation of the summer season and the expected surge in passenger traffic. In particular, a plan of immediate interventions is being implemented as part of the broader investment framework carried out by Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA S.A.) in recent years, aiming to optimize services and ensure a higher quality travel experience for passengers.  

16 May 2025. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA S.A.) welcomed a high-level delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan to its headquarters, as part of an official scheduled visit with senior members of the Management.  

13 May 2025. PPA S.A. presented the financial results for the fiscal year 2024 to the Union of Institutional Investors at the Athens Stock Exchange. The presentation was conducted by representatives of the company, led by Deputy CEO Mr. Angelos Karakostas, and a discussion followed with institutional investors and analysts answering questions regarding the progress of the port's business activities.
