Signed today 27.11.2014 the B’ Modification of the Concession Agreement between the Chairman and Maaging Director of PPA SA Mr. Yiorgos Anomeritis and Managing Director of PCT SA cpt. Fu Cheng Qiu, the presence of the Minister of Shipping, Maritime Affairs and the Aegean Mr. Miltiadis Varvitsiotis. 
The General Meeting of Shareholders of PPA SA was carried out, with as subject the approval of the Agreement for B’ Amendment to the Concession Contract PPA - PCT SA, after a short delay - due to blocking of the entry in the hall by the presidencies of the Authority union associations. The General Assembly took place as announced in the HQ of the company in an adjacent hall.
The Board of Directors of PPA SA approved the new revised, following the judgment of the Court of Auditors, draft text of Second Modification by amicable settlement for the construction of the Western Pier III etc., of total investment 230 million Euros, after a substantiated recommendation of the Chairman and Managing Director Mr. George Anomeritis, minority of workers' representatives.
Piraeus Port Authority SA announces that with the Decision 3377/2014 the 6th Section of the Court of Auditors delivered its judgment on the application for revocation of the Act 191/2014 of the 7th Department of the Court of Auditors whereby 'Concludes that it is not prevented the signing of the second amending agreement draft between the PPA S.A. and PCT S.A., based on the reasoning'.
The Board of PPA S.A. decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, November 11th, 2014 at 10:00.  
EUROPEAN PROGRAM - POSEIDON MED

On the 6th and 7th October PPA SA participates in the technical workshop with 17 other partners on behalf of the European Project POSEIDON-MED, which is the first European - Cross-border project for supplying ships with Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG Bunkering project) in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic Sea.
Approved by the Board of Piraeus Port Authority the business plan and investment program 2014-2018. After the dialogue which will follow with the Attica region, municipalities, institutions of Piraeus and the unions will be drafted the final investment plan 2015-2019 which will be discussed at the Board in December 2014.
The MedCruise (Association of Mediterranean Cruise Ports) HQ to remain at the PPA headquarters for the next three years, 2014-17, was the first decision of the new President and the Board of Directors, elected by the Association during the General Assembly held at Barcelona.
  PPA SA participated actively in Seatrade Med, which was held in Barcelona from the 15th to the 18th September 2014, through its own booth and talks at all levels of cruise decision making. Seatrade Med complies, after Seatrade Miami, the world's biggest cruise event, involving all the cruise lines, large ports and national port authorities, international institutions (CLIA, ESPO, MedCruise) and hundreds of business representatives from the area of the port industry.
The Board of PPA approved of the result of the three-member Arbitration Committee of the no. 157/2008 Concession Agreement for the development, operation and utilization of the International Conference Exhibition Center in the land space of the cruise area (Leondos - Palataki). Both companies, at their request, went to the three-member Arbitration Committee chaired by Prof. Michael Stathopoulos and members Mr. P. Petroulis and Ioannis Moraitis.
